I appreciated brand-new and comfortable room here.
The breakfasts here were good with kelantan cuisine and traditional food, as for instance. The location was great and awesome, minute walk from Kelantan Museum.

The location was central, easy next to night market which easy to find food. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating and made us feel comfortable. The room with good modern bathrooms.

The location around here is great for exploring Kelantan Museum and it's situated in a pleasant area close to the central bus station, the city center, and the Habib.

The location is good. Walking distance to Siti Khadijah market. If you were staying on Saturday, there will be a morning and evening street market near it.

The room is clean, quality furnitures and the staff were helpfull but the evalator was too slow.
The service of the breakfast should be improved like more varieties of foods and enough for the guest. Should be there is a breakfast menus because not all the foods and drinks were displayed on the breakfast tables.

Great location, close to everything we needed for our romantic escape. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a couple looking for a getaway. We loved the fact that there was a nice restaurant in the hotel, offering delicious food at an affordable price. , the staff was friendly and always available to help us with anything we needed.
The parking situation was not ideal, and it was challenging to find a spot close to the hotel. the noise from the nearby food truck festival was a bit disturbing during the night, which affected our sleep quality.

I like the room, it's very comforting. Nice and cozy.
I didn't like the breakfast complimentary. They should provide more variety food.

I love the comfort and design of the room, perhaps because its new. But do keep it up. Nice location.
Perhaps it would be nice to add more varieties to the breakfast buffet. I find that the lock on the door is not secure, you have to turn the lock twice and yet it can still be open from inside.

We loved the hotel's cleanliness and comfortable facilities, including the very cold air conditioner and comfy bed. The staff, especially Syamil and Mohd Ariff, were friendly and accommodating, and the location is excellent. We were able to walk to the food bazaar, museum, eateries, and shopping malls. For those who enjoy the beach, Sri Tujoh Beach is only a short drive away. We also appreciated the good water flow in the shower area and the hotel's easy access to transportation.
Nothing to mention.

The reception is very friendly n accommodating. Feel welcome after long hrs from KL. Room is fantastic, soft pillow n very clean. We stayed in Deluxe room, enough space for us (w wife+ cute aisyah). Good n clean bathroom w hot shower. Fresh+clean towels too. Large plasma tv w coffee-set etc. No fridge but not big deal, its OK. Its new hotel, sort of boutique touch. I guess they hv to live-up the Habib Jewel reputation. Highly recommended to stay. Nearby Ayman roti-canai + kari kambing restaurant! Must try.
Wife+I hvg my fav 'nasi berlauk' outside for bfast. my 2 daughters (ain+anissa-schooling in KB) tried out bfast-buffet. So this is kids comment-Sufficient spread w hot drinks, nasi goreng, cereals (should get more crunchy n better type in next stock!) etc. No fresh fruits + juice (??).

Its quiet, peaceful and within walking distance from eatery outlet, shopping complex, night market and bus station/taxi station.
The water pressure is very low, making bathing longer and unsatisfactory. The bedding is also infested with ticks and bugs I guest because I can feel the bites throughout the night. And also mosquito attacks during the night. Don't know from where they come from.

Freezing welcome, free drink. the view from the top floor was breathtaking. the hotel is located near key attractions and the night market.
Terrible room service, hair in the shower. Orange juice seemed watered down.

The hotel is new and located in the center of Kota Bharu. It make me easy to access to any where that I need to go in Kota Bharu. The only one problem is, parking. It is not free and hotel's parking. So you need to watch out and check the car regularly.

The hotel is located very conveniently. There are plenty of eating places nearby, including a restaurant with decent food. the shopping area is also within walking distance so great for those who don't want to travel far.
The level of cleanliness is a concern. the carpets are not very well-maintained and have noticeable dirt marks.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
